Wow, these are getting tougher.  Pretty sure that 4 is Heaven's Gate, though.

I just watched Heaven's Gate.  That's not Heaven's Gate.  For one thing, it doesn't look like crap.

So far the only movies I've guessed correctly are Gymkhata, Roman Holiday and Brick. And I've never seen a single one of those movies (but I'd love to see Gymkhata). So go me!

Gymkata is a brilliantly bad... One of my favorite shit movies of all time... It taught me that nondescript eastern European countries have lots of pommel horses and gymnastic hand chalk conveniently placed in the middle of 17th century towns...

7 is Minority Report
Agreed....and I'd guess #4 to be Blazing Saddles but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong...And I think I'm wrong with #5 being either "The Nightstalker" or "Number 23" but I might as well throw out the guesses....

Hate to double post, but it JUST occured to me that 9 is The Last Temptation of Christ. Been forever since I watched that one.

EDIT: 8 is The Outlaw Josey Wales, and 10 is Shock Corridor. I don't know why, but it takes me at least three minutes after looking at an image to remember the movie.

5... Three Days of the Condor?

It's driving me crazy with deja vu. I know I've seen it somewhere!

Nice work Greg!

EDIT: Added correct answers where applicable.

Would people like hints on the ones they're not getting? Or should I give it a little longer?

#3 I'm assuming The Thin Man.  Unless you're being all tricky like and using one of the inferior later ones like Goes Home or Song of...

Also how apropos for #5.  Nicely done, mrba.

No, it's the first one.  I actually like the rest of the series, though I agree, they don't hit the heights of the first.  I'd suggest to anyone to check out the other Powell/Loy movies that they did, as a couple of them are every bit as good as The Thin Man.

Re: #5  By whatever do you mean?  :P
