Night of the Lepus - bought, can't rate

I bought the Night of the Lepus iRiff awhile back, and it's on my unfiltered file list, but it's not letting me rate/comment on it, and it's not on the filtered list (http://www.rifftrax.com/myfiles, is that still in beta)?

Would you help me? I'd like to rate/comment on it. Thanks.

Yeah the "myfiles" URL is still pretty much beta, but it should be showing up. Let me take a look and see if I can figure it out / solve the problem.

Do you see the yellow boxes telling you that you already own files for it? If so, then you should be able to rate it.

Nope, I'm logged in, but it says "Add to cart". It's weird. Are there multiple "instances" of this product in the database?

Good question, you'd have to ask Watchalong whether they ever resubmitted this product. I don't believe so, but I could be wrong. I'll just grant you access to the new file.

Ah, they deleted and resubmitted it to bump it to the top of the list. To prevent that kind of shenanigans, you should have a product bump twice: once for when it gets introduced and once for when it goes live the first time.

I didn't know they were allowed to even delete their own products. Hmm, have to revisit that... not sure how I feel about it.
