I sent this email to you earlier, but figure my bank might not be the only institution blocking cards.

Hey this has happened to me several times. And I know it's not your guy's fault, but I think now that it has happened to me again I should let you know about it.
Sometimes when I order Rifftrax, USAA puts a block on my card thinking somebody stole it or that it's Identity Theft. This happened to me when I was stationed in Kuwait last year, and they put a block on my card there. It wasn't very easy to get in touch with them to get it unblocked. Anyhow.... They just called me again this morning asking about last nights order and to let me know they blocked my card. I told them, you guys keep doing this and that it's not right because I am a human being, and I usually order something from you guys at least once a month, sometimes weekly.
I just thought I'd make you aware of this problem.

Hello! Thanks for asking about this issue. Believe it or not, USAA is the only one that does that, and we've had issues with them in the past. A handful of our customers have had the same experience you are.

We have contacted them, to ask them what we can do to remedy this. They said, I believe (and I'm paraphrasing now because it has been awhile) that our transactions are considered suspicious because of their small amounts, and the blocking of cards is something they do while this "suspicious" flag is marked on their internal .. account-type thing they have on file for us.

They went on to say that the only way for us to get it removed is to have the USAA customers call them when their card gets blocked. USAA keeps track of these flags and once our "verifications" from customers have reached a certain point, the card-blocking should stop. Unfortunately it seems like we haven't reached that point yet.

I'll forward your message onto someone else in our billing department who can better handle the situation and perhaps we can find a way to get them to release this once and for all.
