Credit Won't Apply

I just ordered the new shorts DVD and 2 shorts, and tried to apply the $10.00 credit i have on my account but it didn't work.  I hit the button, the little timer thing came up, cycled and then disappeared, no credit having been applied.  I went ahead and ordered anyway, but hopefully if this is an issue (and not just a browser error or something) it'll be resolved by the next time I order.
