I inflicted introduced The Room to another person over the weekend.  The riff was funny as always, but the real fun is watching the reaction from the uninitiated.

A few repeats (I was feeling Star Warsy this weekend) and also Dragon Wars.  I admit that I dozed a bit during the middle, but I don't know if that would have made any difference.  The bad stuff in the ANH riff about the spice mines still bugs me, but the Porkins stuf is great.

Wow, what a bad splodey-bits movie.

THE QUEEN!!!

Iron Man. Hilarious. "Oh, and I can dodge bullets, too"

Twilight.  First time I saw both the movie and the riff.  Great riff, terrible movie.  And I consider myself a guy who does just go around and call things that aren't to my taste terrible.  I think I'm a guy that gives a lot of leeway to movies, even bad or misguided ones.  But this was a deeply bad and incredibly boring movie.

....and therefore the Three Musketeer's ripping apart of the film was incredibly satisfying, eh? :)

Oops, I made a small error.

Dragon Wars.  Loved it.  I'm still amazed at how funny these guys are.

The Room.  I laughed so hard my cheeks started to hurt.  The only thing that detracted from the overall experience was the disembaudio segments during the sex scenes...they just weren't that funny.  Overall a 9/10 Rifftrax.  Mike, Bill and Kevin are just awesome and they riff this movie so friggin' well

THE QUEEN!!!

Introduced TWILIGHT to some friends who also hate the movie. So funny. "How old are you?" "17--so I expect puberty to hit anytime now"

Willy Wonka.

I needed to clean up the apt so I had that playing on the tv.  I like it more and more and can throw this one on any time and laugh through it all.

Star Trek and Matrix Revolutions

I'm behind on my rifftrax but am now working on catching up.  I'm reaching the point, however, where it's getting harder to critique these.  I've reached such a comfort level when I listen to Mike,Kevin, and Bill that it's getting harder to rank one over the other.  They're all pretty much a good time. These two were both typical trax.  Plenty of good riffs with a few great and not so great ones mixed in.  I wouldn't rank either as a top ten riff but both were good solid fun.  I probably laughed a bit more at the Star Trek riff.  The Star Trek franchise always seems to inspire them a bit.  The only Star Trek riff I haven't been super impressed with was Generations.
God, that Matrix film is really a hard watch.  Half the film is such a mish-mash of flying metal thingies assaulting your senses from so many different directions that it's really quite impossible to tell just what in thunder is going on, even if you were inclined to try. I started to develop a headache watching this mess. And I actually enjoyed the first Matrix movie!  Even the second one seems like Casablanca compared to this atrocity.

1) Titanic.  I'd never seen it before - I can see why it was a hit, I can see why there was backlash that turned it into something to be reviled.  The riff was great, several laugh out loud moments, and it allowed my heart to go on.

2) Star Wars Holiday Special.  I just started getting into torrenting and burning DVDs for myself around Xmastime, mainly to get the MSTs I don't have, and I realized this weekend that that allowed me to finally see/rifferee the infamous SWHS.  I thought I had seen more of it than I did, because back in 78 I clearly was up with my buddy and our Lego sets (and me trying to figure out why I liked staring at his sister's legs so much) pretty soon after the first commercial break.  Because I don't remember anything past the wookies howling at each other.  Certainly not the horrifying awfulness that followed.

Star Wars Ep 3:  Revenge of the Sith - Always funny revisiting this one.  I was surprised how consistently funny this is.  I didn't really detect any low points (nor terribly high points), but definitely full of some excellent one-liners.  Need to revisit the other prequels soon.

House on Haunted Hill - Maybe it's me but I loved watching this.  My favorite of the 10-pack by far.  The movie is fun.  The guys seem to be having a lot of fun.  I certainly had a lot of fun.  I predict this will be revisited far more than the other ones.

Carnival of Souls - It doesn't help that I've been watching the best Twilight Zones lately, so by comparison, I'm not sure this was a movie.  I'm still unclear about what happened.  It's like it wanted to be a TZ ep but got lost along the way.  The guys' riffing made it far more enjoyable for sure.  Seemed to be a lot of running gags in it, but I liked 'em all really (Kevin's killing spree, too much organ music, etc.).

I've watched the prequel RiffTrax more than any others. They are so fun to watch because they're consistently funny and it's a such blast to rip on these movies. For me, the prequels have the highest replay value of the series riffs followed closely by Potter.
