Reign of Fire is huge

I'm not referring to the magnitude of the riffs, although I'm sure they're great. But at ~70 MB, this is double the size of all the other RiffTrax downloads (I'm talking NTSC versions.)  I can't blame the powers that be, because when I tried to zip it, I only achieved 1% compression as well (as opposed to the 61% compression achieved on mp3s like The Matrix, for example.)

Was some different option used in the encoding of the mp3 that made it uncompressible? I only ask, because I download these via wireless Internet to my laptop from a public connection, and sometimes it's hard to stay continuous for the nearly 10 minutes it took to download this one, if you get my drift...

Yeah, I too noticed that Reign of Fire wasn't compressed as much as others. I don't know what was different, but something was different?

This, unfortunately, is an Uncle Rufus thing. He does the compressions, and there's probably something going on in that side of the office. I'll have to ask him when he gets back from vacation. Sorry I can't help you out guys!

No worries, and just for the record, I wasn't complaining...just making an observation.

Its only an issue for people who don't have fast, high speed pinernet.
