Two separate paypal carts?

Just wondering if there has been an issue brought to your attention regarding the purchase of multiple Rifftrax at the same time.

One cart has:
The Island of Dr. Moreau
LOTR

And in another cart (the screen for which looks completely different from the previous purchases I've made), I have:
The Grudge
Star Wars
Reign of Fire
Firewall

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I'd say Whalberg definately qualifies as really good.

We're aware of this problem - it's related to e-junkie, our online mp3 download service, switching to a new cart this week. Currently this is an issue but we're working on fixing it. Should have something fixed early next week.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think I might be having a similar issue.  I bought and paid for Firewall.  Then I tried to do the same with Nestor, and Firewall was still in my cart.  There is no obvious way to delete it.  I want to get Nestor and Reign of Fire, but I don't really want to pay for Firewall twice.  I tried restarting my computer, but to results.

   So, wait till next week?

It looks like the cart has been switched to the new universal cart from e-junkie. The easiest way (I've found) to remove an item is to type a zero in the quantity box and then hit Update cart. That takes care of it.

Was this what you were looking for?

Sorry for the delay, been eating and drinking all day ;)

This worked perfectly, Torgos, and I'm a little embarroused I didn't think of it myself.  I'm going to blame this lapse on an execess of holiday sugar cookies, messing with my brain chemistry.   And thanks for the timely reply.  With it being Chrismas and all, I was expecting to wait at least a day or two before I got any responses at all.

I did try MrTorso's suggestion of clearing cookies and cache.  Didn't work, and that seems odd.  But I'm just happy to be back in business.  Thanks again!

Hey Guys!

I changed the cart buttons to take you back to the loveable and free paypal cart! (With the exception of Nestor cuz it looks like that one is a little funky). But aside from that! We're good to go. Lemme know if there are any issues =)

Blessings and Merry Christmas!

The Grudge & Star Wars are still appearing in the weird cart. Perhaps it has something to do with the NTSC/PAL selection screen? These are the only two movies since The Matrix that have had the format selection option.

E-Junkie has recently changed their cart setup, and we are in the process of changing (and checking any that have already been fixed) the code in our catalogue buttons to match. The "weird cart" that you speak of is the new E-Junkie cart, which is the one they recommend we start using, since they are phasing out their "require the PayPal cart" portion of their system.

I'll get on this tomorrow first thing in the morning, to make sure all the purchase and view cart buttons work the way they should.

Just FYI all of RiffTrax and Legend Films has today off. We'll resume normal business duties on 2 Jan 2007. Happy new year everyone!
