Music was the Harry Potter theme (globviously), with the whole thing for the main menus and a smaller section for the chapters.

I finally figured out how to add fonts.  Somehow it took 60+ menus for me to realize that DVD Lab is pulling from the same pool of fonts that Windows is, and all I have to do is add fonts through Windows and restart to get new fonts.  Knowing this, I downloaded a Harry Potter-esque font called, appropriately enough, HarryP.
