ICWXP File Problems for VOD - Episode 3

I just ordered the VOD of episode 3 for ICWXP and;

1.   The MGEP-2 file has a line for it, but there is no file there.
2.   The DIVX file size is way to short to actually hold the entire movie and short.

There are also problems on the DVD side. There is no shipping option on the form, but it demands one before you can check out. And if you press the "calculate shipping" button it says "invalid package weight".

Yeah, I can't buy the DVD ( 'undefined: Please enter the package weight'  ..), nor download the MPEG-2 ..

But the .mp4 is currently downloading to my BlackBerry Bold with no problems..

Yeah, the mp4 file seems to be complete and that can be downloaded without issue.

Checking into #1. #2 might mean that we neglected the short? Perhaps they were different chapters and we missed that one?

Let me contact Rikk and I can ask.

UPDATE: #1 - it looks like the file is too big for our hardware which is 32-bit... the file size is close to 4 gigs, twice the size of what FAT32 can handle. Crap!

We're looking into a way to fix this (possibly splitting it into two). Once we've done that I'll update this thread.

Still can't download the MPEG-2..

Shows 'Error 404' message ' The file ICWXP-Bloody_Pit_of_Horror.mpg could not be found. Please contact the site administrator.'

Sorry, not FAT32. It's Linux RedHat EL5 32-bit.
