USAA Fraud Prevention

This just happened to me for the second time, so I thought I'd make a note of it here.

USAA, the bank I have my debit card under, has Legend Films on its "suspicious organizations" list, or so they've told me. I made a rifftrax purchase earlier this morning and had a call from them within five or six hours telling me they had put a hold on my account. It's of course easy enough to tell them it was me, but the first time this happened, the guy actually tried to admonish me for buying from an organization on their flagged list, and I had to explain what Rifftrax was, asking him if he'd ever heard of MST3K and trying to describe why someone would buy a separate commentary for a movie they already own.

I told him to not flag purchases from Legend Films on my account, but apparently it didn't work, because I got another call this morning. I've sent an e-mail to support@rifftrax.com, but I thought it worth mentioning here, just in case anyone else has run into it (or might in the future).
