Well, regardless, I have no doubt that MOST of you will love the next "regular" release.  You'll be pleasantly surprised.  :)

Will it be a re-done riff of The Phantom Menace, but with jokes?

I just realised something, are these re-visits partly about having more public domain movies (and lovely restored/colourised versions at that) for live shows so the guys don't have to keep doing Plan 9 all the time?

(that is in no way a complaint, by the way. It would make sense to me)

Meh, I was with him until the Phantom Menace comment. Although I'd like to get Blu-Ray versions of the Legend Releases with multiple commentary tracks or possibly new autograph editions too.

I am amazed that no one has clued in on the fact that they are only redoing the Legend Films that they own the rights to already.   They are not redoing Top Gun, Road House, etc.

I am also amazed that the live show angle has not occured to me before you mentioned it.

This is why I'm hoping for some new Legend releases too.

I'd support that as well! :o

haha, so we all agree... they need to do something with these new commentary tracks... just not this.

I said "too" as in, I love these, and would love them to keep on down this track of Legend releases.

I'm not so keen on the blockbuster releases.

I just want a 3-riff version of 5th Element & Road House, and that's it... The rest are good enough for me ;D

Roadhouse is perfect already. IMO 5th Element wasn't a great choice for riffing in the first place, because it is practically a comedy.

meh.. Both were OK in my opinion as solo riffs.. I think they'd be much better with all 3 of them involved.

Again, just my opinion..

I think Tax Season may have a bit to do with it as well, cause some of us have Fat Refunds to splurge a bit at the moment.. 8)
