Hmm still a wee bit Ceratastic. We'll see.

I concur.  Edgar Wright = Yay!  Michael Cera = Meh.

See I'm thinking this is one time when I want the Cera-ness turned up to 11.  I want that twee bastard's big doe eyes somehow enhanced by CGI even.
I'm all out for kicks...and every inch of me spells EXCITEMENT!

The summer line-up just got awesomer.

In his Street Fighter-voice:

KO!!!!!

My head pretty much exploded at that part!   :D

...and to think just how awesome that was even w/o a glimpse of Knives, Kim, Wallace, Envy & Todd...the Infinite Sadness material's gonna rule supremely. That and I'm unsure if I've said it before in this thread, but Chris Evans was perfect casting as Lucas Lee.

Just saw the trailer.

I no longer hate Michael Cera with the burning passion of a thousand suns.

It's just one sun now...

But seriously, it made me go EEEEEEP!!!

Out loud. Really loud. Now all the dogs in my neighborhood are barking. I'm stoked for this movie now; about the only other one I was looking forward to this summer is Iron Man 2, but this now tops the list. Never read the comic; gonna have to pick it up and read them all before I go and see it.

Seriously guys, eeep.

If you told me I'd be excited about a film that includes, even in the most minor capacity, a cast member from Twilight, I would have hit you.  And I would have been wrong to do so.

I haven't seen Up in the Air yet, but she did get an Oscar nom for that. That she's trying to avoid being typecast and avoiding easy roles gets a lot of respect from me.

Now, if it was the actress who played the other friend (the girl who I thought looked vaguely Asian but is actually Latina) who took off her pants for PETA, I'd probably avoid the film until it came out on DVD. Probably.

I do have to add that the girl who plays Ramona (the neon-haired love interest), Mary Elizabeth Winstead, was in Sky High. And that's not keeping me away from this film, either.

Wow, I just realized this movie has serious redemptive powers for unloved actors. Michael Cera, Chris Evans, the rest... Edgar Wright just about walks on water. What the hell?

I just looked up that PETA ad.  I don't like PETA, mostly because I like steak and my leather couch, but they do have some great advertisements.

I'm not really inspired to go vegan or burn down puppy farms when I see them, though.

Mostly I plan to take over the textile industry and insure all future garments are made from 110% Koala fur.

You know, to see if those ladies have integrity. And also to see what kind of money cavemen use, because I wasn't aware that people actually still wore fur.

Tripe

That's why I kind of dig Naomi Campbell a woman who never had any qualms about showing that the PeTA ads were just another job by strutting about in a floor length mink in, I think, the same week her "I'd rather be naked..." ad came out.

"I'd rather be naked sure, but that;s sort of illegal in most places so fur it is!" ;)

July 10th!

Umm...

I sure hope that sword has a heart on the hilt because if not, Scotty boy needs to go find a tailor.

And then a doctor, because that does not look healthy.
