Made some toll-house cookies with some Christmas themed chocolate chips...white with either green or red stripes in them.

Taste great and all but for some reason they all spread out like pancakes....had to cut them apart before I could take them off the sheet.

Made some toll-house cookies with some Christmas themed chocolate chips...white with either green or red stripes in them.

Taste great and all but for some reason they all spread out like pancakes....had to cut them apart before I could take them off the sheet.

As I say...they came out great for eating.  Looks wise....maybe not.  There also too thin and soft to make ice cream sandwiches...

Did them as spoon-drop so was expecting them to spread a little but "plump", you know?

I would have said flour.  That's usually the pancake-er in my recipes.

BTW, watching Inglourious Basterds.  My favorite Tarantino movie, all because of Hans Landa.  Christoph Waltz is simply phenomenal.
