Can't Find My VOD File

[Jacksbrain]

A while back I bought the Missile to the Moon Rifftrax VOD.  I love it, and I've been able to watch it on my computer and PS3.  However, I'm now on a new laptop, and when I try to download it, the file doesn't show up anywhere.  Is there something I'm missing?  Sorry if this has been asked before.  If it has, please direct me to the proper thread.

Thanks!

Make sure you keep track of the folder you're downloading it to. If you're running Vista it will probably download to a folder under your Users location, under whatever account name you use to login as.

You should be able to specify the location that you save the file to as well... try doing that and keep note of where you save it to.

Hey, thanks for answering my question, but I realize now that I worded it incorrectly.  My problem isn't that I can't find it once I download it, my problem is that I can't find it on the site so I can download it to begin with.

Thanks though!

Go to the My Files section, under My Account.  You can page thru the files, it will probably help to sort them by name and then look for the M section.
