Is it Rudolph & Frosty's Christmas in July ?

NO.

12.

My bad.  We still had narrowed it down enough to start guessing from the Rankin Bass catalog.   :P

RaoulDuke

Ninjas don't kill people, Pat Morita playing a ninja kills people.

Road_Element

I think it could be Rudolph's Shiny New Year. That was kinda of a weird new years movie.

Steve-O

Crosses fingers and sings (off-key, naturally): He's mister heat blister!  He's mister hundred and one!

Shinigami

Does the first letter in the title not including an article come after "T"

J-Proof

J to the Pizzo
P to the Jizzay...

Rude

...

We could probably narrow the list down even more by not guessing the more music-heavy films~

No.  Again, the title has to have an article ("a", "an", or "the").  So if my guess is wrong, that leaves only:

'Twas the Night Before Christmas (1974, Joel Grey)
Nestor, The Long-Eared Christmas Donkey (1977, Roger Miller)

RaoulDuke

Ninjas don't kill people, Pat Morita playing a ninja kills people.
