Unfunny recurring jokes

At the risk of sounding critical of Mike and friends, are there any recurring jokes or themes that you just never found funny in RiffTrax or MST3K? For example, I've always disliked the references to whatever celebrity most recently drunkenly drove his car into a pool or through a shop display. Also, I think chants of "Attica! Attica!" have been ubiquitous for so long that they've lost all meaning. Anybody agree? Thoughts? Flaming bags of poop?

Edit: "Actor Rip Torn has been arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated in North Salem, New York. Torn, who has starred in numerous films including Men In Black and Dodgeball, was arrested after his car was involved in an accident and police were called. According to entertainment website Tmz.com, the 75-year-old refused to cooperate with authorities and would not submit to a blood-alcohol test."

Looks like another future RiffTrax reference.

I only associate "Attica!" with Joel, and his delivery always did it for me- he would sound more like a six year old at a prep rally than a hardened prisoner. I must say the drunk driving thing gets a bit old, but I'm just not a fan of Leno-esque material, and of all of Mike's riffs I'd say those come closest. But I'm sure those are some listener out there's cup of tea, and I certainly couldn't think of anything with which to replace them.

Fat and bald jokes.  They've done them ever since the beginning of MST3k and are still doing them now, and I really didn't find them that funny to begin with.  They just seem repetitive now.

Yes the Mr Clean stuff is getting old.

I thought the Alanis Morissette jokes were an exact repeat from X-Men to Top Gun.
Also, I am glad there is not much reference to K-Fed anymore...even though he broke up with Brit.

Running gags give us inside jokes. Where would we be without HI-KEEBA!?

The 'ironic' riffs were some of my favorites. I guess the problem is that one man's delightful running gag is another's irritating joke that won't go away. Oh, well.

Cerebro? Magneto!
I must admit that I got tired of the Noun-o jokes in X-Men, but Mike was called on it within the riff, so it was ok. And you have to admit, Cerebro and Magneto are pretty damn goofy names.

Sounds like somebody's fat and bald.  ;)

I have no problem with running gags, in fact I'd say that Space Mutiny - the king of running gags - is my favorite MST episode. But if they're not funny the first time, they're not gonna get any funnier. (Toothpicko, anyone?)

Ha! It does sound like those jokes touched a nerve, doesn't it? The funny thing is that I'm neither, in fact, my hair is extremely long.   ;D

Which? Your back hair or your nose hair?

Pak-Man

I think it was the game "Wanderers From Y's" where, thanks to a typo, you meet a woman with "long, flowing back hair."

You seem too overly interested in my body hair for me to answer...
