Cinematic Titanic

From the people who brought you Mystery Science Theater 3000 comes a whole new movie-riffing experience: CINEMATIC TITANIC. Created by Joel Hodgson, creator and star of MST3K (as it's known to it's devoted fans), and featuring the writing and performing talents of the show's original cast – Joel Hodgson (Joel Robinson), Trace Beaulieu (Crow, Dr. Forrester) and J. Elvis Weinstein (Tom Servo, Dr. Ehrhardt) along with longtime writers and co-stars from the show's 10 year run, Frank Conniff (TV's Frank) and Mary Jo Pehl (Pearl Forrester).

Having spent the last several years working separately, and in various combinations on network TV (Freaks and Geeks, The Drew Carey Show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, AFV, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Later with Greg Kinnear, and multiple other shows) the crew of Cinematic Titanic is thrilled to reunite for this artist funded and operated venture.

Each night will be a new unreleased Cinematic Titanic Title:

Thursday December 18, 7:30pm- Unreleased Title #1
Friday December 19, 7:30pm & 10:30pm - Unreleased Title # 2
Saturday December 20, 7:30pm & 10:30pm - Unreleased Title #3

Please note that none of the previous Cinematic Titanic Titles (The Wasp Woman, Doomsday Machine and The Oozing Skull) will be shown.

The question is, how closely do these performances coincide with their release on DVD/download?

That is true. Hopefully they will have a few more releases between now and then. I wonder if they will still be new movies by then?

I also wonder if none of those three will be the one riffed at the Minneapolis live riffing.  If I knew that, I might drive down for the Saturday one at the very least.

Since I'm a complete sucker I decided to buy tickets for the Friday and Saturday shows.  Even booked my hotel room.  Now I just need to hope that the weather cooperates with me.

HORRIBLE news that I cannot go to the STL show.   The person I am taking ot the Rams game with me that weekend is a monster hockey fan and demanded to go to the Blues Saturday night instead.

I'm not sure if I'm going to be driving or flying down there yet.  If I do fly down I should have more than enough time before the show to meet up for that before the show.  I'll keep you posted.

Due to scheduling of a family Christmas party that requires my attendance I will no long be able to make it to the Chicago CT live shows.

So, I have a VIP ticket for the Friday night show and a VIP ticket for the Saturday night show up for grabs.  As most of you know, this guarantees you a seat in the first five rows for those shows.  If you're interested in either one please PM me.  Of course, I'd only charge you the $40.00 face value per ticket.

Once I sell the tickets I'll be sure to make a post here so you all know they're no longer for sale.
