Wait, so they save Venice from blowing up by blowing up Venice. I hate this film!

Google docs also allows you to work and save in .xls format.

Thanks for all your help guys! After trying and failing for an 2 hours I finally called my dad in, and he managed to install Excel, and I'm trying to convert it now! Thanks again, especially to Matt B and Chaos who were willing to try and convert it for me.

Just sent mine in. Only wrote 73 jokes this time (partially because I didn't have my brother around to collaborate with), but his movie didn't crush my soul the way Batman and Robin did, so that's good.

Just to confirm, I have received 16 scripts so far: Action Batch "Adam Mike" (I'm assuming that's Adam and Mike who did a script for Batman and Robin as well) bettertomorrowamy and Anais David Declan doggans Fortis Hellcat Junkyard Garrett Baziuk "mrb" Craig Jarvie Greg Stevens Ortega Rob the Barbarian John Creedon I already spoke with Steve-O and he'll be submitting one soon as well. And a good friend of my wife's is also working to meet the deadline. So including the other Riff Raff members, and Captain Mook, it's looks like we're going to have at least 21 scripts this time. A very nice turnout! There are 5 hours left before the deadline if you are still working on your script, but I will check the upload server one more time tomorrow morning before I close it out and start reading scripts, so there's a tiny bit of wiggle room if you really need it. Thanks to everyone who submitted their script so far!

Anything that is funny I take responsibility for, otherwise blame anais. ( actually she wrote the whole thing and I sputtered a few comments here and there)

The 10pm deadline comes right around when I start to actually have free time at work so hopefully I can get it you tonight. If you happen to be up a little later, I'm sure I'll be done by 1:00an Eastern. Will submitt ASAP.

As if enough hasn't gone wrong, and I hadn't bugged you guys to the limit. I finished converting my script, and I'm trying to save it as a xls. file, but it doesn't give me the option. It just says a bunch a files like Mircosoft XL workbook, Microsoft XL 2.1 worksheet, WK3 (1-2-3), ect, ect, ect. No mention on xls, so is there possibly any other file that would work?

Wait, so right now it is a text file right? It that what you finished converting to? You should just download Open Office like they said, download the example file and open that with Open Office, and then manually put your riffs into the file you get. Then you can save that as an .xls.

Wait, you need both Microsoft Excel AND Open Office? I've tried downloading Open Office and it said the file was Incomplete or Corrupted. What do you mean by Example file? An example on how to write the riff? Please, I need to know how to do it with Microsoft Excel

Click on it and Excel or Open Office will open it, add your riffs then save as is.

Well I thought I submitted my script last night, but I didn't see my name on the list, so I just sent it again. Hopefully I got it in on time.

Thanks again to everyone that helped me out I finally managed to send it in, and it said it worked! Anyone know how long it will take for it to come out? Probably a while since they need to sort through over 20 scripts. How long did it take for Batman and Robin?

They were working on a severe time budget, so that's not a good example. Ask about Speed.
