GGGRRRAAAHHHH!!! My remote stopped working! I don't even know if the problem is with the remote or the player. Nothing's ever simple.

Quick question - did you want us to double space the lines in this Excel file? I seem to remember you wanting us to do so for the Batman & Robin script, but I just wanted to make sure I had the right idea before I sent it in.

I think we've probably said about 80 times by now, DO NOT double space. It's been in every single instructions post we've ever made.

I think we've probably said about 80 times by now, DO NOT double space. It's been in every single instructions post we've ever made. Well, the only place I ever saw it mentioned was on the riffrafftheater.com site, where it seemed to be only referring to the .txt file submissions (since it still referred to using the "^" sign in between the time code and scene description and riff line, etc.) rather than the Excel file ones. Plus, I could've sworn that we were advised to double-space for the Batman & Robin project. I looked everywhere on this thread for more concrete instructions but didn't see it - my apologies. This hasn't been a good week for me guys, sorry.

Yeah, we're currently working on the redesign of the site, and the general feeling is that it's probably not worth the effort to rewrite the stuff we have up there now, since the entire thing is going to be overhauled in probably a few weeks. Most of the people who write for us at this point are on this forum anyway, so we figured it would be easier (for now) to just answer the questions rather than try to rewrite the site using the Wordpress template and then have to rewrite it a second time anyway.
The new site is going to have many handy features, including a detailed "help" section with instructions and guidelines, tips for preventing yourself from going insane watching the movies, etc., as well as some very neat new interfaces to help you with your script writing (in addition to using our Excel template, you will be able to submit material directly into a submission form on the site, and edit your script on the fly via xml). I think the new site is going to be really spiffy. The guy we have helping us with the redesign is a real wiz.

Are we still sending our scripts to riffs@riffrafftheater.com? When I try to send it there, I keep getting a message that my email failed to be delivered. Any explanation as to why this may be?

wow....here is a really fustrating story.
A couple of days ago i bought a used copy of LXG. BUt with work and stuff, i wasnt able to get to watch it yet. I hadn't even broke the shrink wrap yet. Well, last night i got a couple of beers lined up and set myself up for riffing and i opened up the case to reveal:
a pristine copy of Be Cool.
wow...i got hosed not once, but twice.

Whoops.
So I have a proposal that's due Wednesday morning; I'll get feedback and have to do rewrites on it and submit it by Friday afternoon for final stuff. But that leaves Saturday free for me to do some riffing, which I plan to do. Fingers crossed.
