How about "The gun is good! The penis is evil!"
Anyone want to try topping that?
"I hate sand" ;)
"Let's hunt some orc!"
Most anti-climactic, least inspirational line ever.
There is a line in the punisher movie (T jane one) where John Travolta's wife says something like "You are a good father to our sons." drops her robe and then says "Take me."
"We are building a fighting force of extra-ordinary magnitude. We forge our tradition in the spirit of our ancestors. You have our gratitude."
Strange... but hilarious. :D
Meat's back on the menu boys
LOTR T2T
"I'll **** anything that moves!" -Frank Booth
"I hate sand. I wish we were back in San Francisco."!?! -Space Children
Speed
Bus Driver: "That man sure has a hard-on for this bus."
"My nuts"
Over drawn at the memory bank
"I suffer without my stone!"
- King Galba...er, Galbasaurus? Galvatronic? Er...let's just call him "Darth." From that movie about the electronic ragon.
King Glazo Smith Kline
actually, anything said in E-ragon was horrible. "Some friends can't be replace, luckily some friends you don't have to"
"What do YOU think, LIN--DA?" from a bad ol version of Fahrenheit 451
At the end of Harry Potter 4 near the end where Emma Watson just randomly stares up and says "Every thing's going to change now isn't it?" Bleh, sounds like the ending to a soap opera season where all they all go to college...

That's a great line of dialogue. Too bad that the movie sounds like such a turd.

A gentlmans weights are taken lightly.
Obi wan: Star Wars
You should not drink and bake.
-Arnie, "Raw Deal"

Of course, who could forget the classic line:

Ummm, FYI, the line actually was "The Jundland wastes are not to be traveled lightly."
"I'm trying to listen to the f*cking song!"
A Hanson brother in Slap Shot.
"This is where the fish lives"
I think the strangest movie line ever is that load of unintelligible crap that guy said in the movie "hellcats" after being thrown into a pond. "IDINKYSTORADOTTACHUDREN!"
"YOU GON' BE DA WORM FACE!" - Squirm

The director overheard Wesley Snipes say that in a conversation one day, and they added that into the movie. Moral of the story: Wesley snipes is awesome. (http://www.cracked.com/article_14934_wisdom-wesley-snipes-7-quotes-live-by.html)
My choice is going to have to go to John Turturro's character in Transformers when he calls Megan Fox "Miss Training Bra." Now I'm no expert on mapping the female anatomy here, but Miss Fox looks like she wears anything but Training Bras.
He was trying to sting her with a snappy insult. But as John Voight's chacter pointed out later on in the flim. "He's, you know... A little wierd."

I about fell out of my chair when the character said that.
Scary part it..... that line WORKED.
Man, I am SO going to use that this weekend.

I think it's a great line, but it doesn't strike me as fitting to the situation. Sure, it has relevance in that "you'll never learn" deathblow sort of way, but at the same time, a killing blow line involving iceskating in a vampire movie stands out as incongruous to me. There's no pun or play on words, just a gloriously strange line.
Fair enough. :)

Most anti-climactic, least inspirational line ever.
I think that about sums up every one of Fran Walsh and Phillipa Boyens' "contributions" to the script.
Instead of "Bilbo, if you say that to me again, I shall become angry. And then you will see Gandalf the Grey uncloaked."
we get: "DO NOT TAKE ME FOR A CONJURER OF CHEAP TRICKS ROXOR WTF OMGPWND!"
While we're on the subject...
"A diversion"
Well NO SHIT! The previous lines were a perfect description of a diversion, did we really need blondie to point it out for the idiots in the crowd?
I thought elves were supposed to be wise, if he were so wise he wouldn't have that proud look at having just figured out the simplest plan in history.
"Tom, this could get worse than the sheep wars."
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance is on TCM right now. The line makes sense in context, but out of context it sounds totally bizarre. :D
Not a line from a movie, I know but it cracks me up every time
...and that immediately led me right here.
Going to be cracking up at both for awhile now.

In terms of Hellcats sources, I'd like to add "HINGY HANGY HORMY HIMEY" to the list.

Bad line, maybe, strangest, not so much.
I still say it has to be "Flash I love you but we only have 14 hours to save the earth!"
I mean, "Flash I love you!" is ok
"Flash, we only have 14 hours to save the earth!" ditto
But combine the 2 like they did and sudddenly it's just ???

This from a movie where the Bad Guy doesn't know the name of this new planet he wants to toy with before he destroys it - but the panel of the machine he uses to do it has a button labled "
Earthquake". Not "quake", not "tremors". ::)
Not to mention he also has a button for 'Hot Hail'

LOL!, What was that clip from?
A hilarious cartoon called The Critic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Critic), which starred Jay Lovitz.
It Stinks!
If only that cartoon had lasted. In many ways it pioneered the Family Guy style of referential comedy in cartoons.

I'm so sleepy I can't seem to stay awake.
"I can dig grease 'n chompin' on some butter and draggin' through the garden."
