Why do they feel the need to keep rereleasing after the Quadrilogy set? If they'd named it with a real word (such as, I don't know, tetralogy) it would have been pretty much perfect.

Don't worry. They won't release a new set until the Aliens come and invade us. And even then, it will be for mandatory educational purposes.

And that's The Word.

I am still in awe that they actually made up the word "Quadrilogy" for that set.  And I can't figure out how they came to this decision...but it was likely one of two different ways.  One, there was a small group of senior-upper management types in a board room who just thought that it sounded cool, and couldn't care less if it was completely incorrect english.  Or two, they test marketed both words (quadrilogy & tetrology) to the general public, and more people responded to quadrilogy, and thought that it sounded better/cooler/whatever.  Either way, it's pretty embarrassing.

All that being said, I own the damn set. :P

My guess is that the special Christmas rifftrax will be Batman & Robin.

I have no evidence to base this on...just a lucky feeling.

The only thing they released after the quad box set is the movies individually. It was the same two discs for each movie. I hated the 6 foot long digipak they used for the set. IT is so stupid to need a long table to get to a DVD.
