Loved the Rifftrax. The movie loaned itself well to Riffing and Matthew Eliott did a good job once again.

Favorite Lines:

"Thanks for the Tip"

"'Wax On' is not a phrase I associate with Paris. Close, though..."

The man carries a pun well. :^)

Ortega

"What an A-Hole!.......That's right, I said A-hole, and no one is here to stop me!"

"Well, at least all the right people died.."

Wiseblood

The movie has characters named Wade and Dalton and no Roadhouse references?  Tsk, tsk...

Why was Paris Hilton even IN this movie? The character contributes nothing. She never tries to help, she never alters the plot. She just runs from the killer for a bit and ultimately does nothing to do anything plotwise or otherwise. I guess they wanted to keep her out of the way of any acting, but at least they managed to work in a striptease. :^)

"I'm going to assume he doesn't see the irony of being a man named Bo who just got shot with an arrow."

Tyrant

This was a terrible movie. I like how they tried to inspire SOME audience sympathy for Paris Hilton's character by making her be possibly pregnant. I bet it was the only thing the writers could do to that end, since they knew what they were up against.

At any rate, it was more violent than Saw, and the ending was really, really stupid. A wax structure the size of a house would melt into the fire and put the fire out, just like a candle. Also, is the law so inept that it couldn't put 2 and 2 together for an entire decade as to why folks were disappearing off the highway in that area? Searching for bodies would definitely lead you to the "secret town" eventually and disappearances on that scale would get the FBI's attention eventually. But I digress.....

Good Rifftrax. Good riffing. Not as giggle inducing as Dark Water but still a worthy effort.

Edit: Oh, and the original House of Wax was much, much better than this remade piece of crap.

Oh, and the original Mystery of the Wax Museum was much, much better that that remade average film

Hey, I didn't say it was GOOD. I meant as average as it is, it's still eons beyond this new version.  ;D

Loved it. Call me Mr Controversial, but I've actually enjoyed Matthew's Rifftraxes more than some of the regulars' recent efforts; that he does them solo makes it even more impressive. His style of delivery and willingness to go for a pun when he sees the opportunity to puts me in mind of a young Trace Beaulieu.

"Should he cover her in wax, or plaster of Paris?"

I really enjoyed this one.  The movie is bad, but watchable, and I enjoy Matthew J. Elliot's riffing style.

I hope we'll be seeing more from him in future.

I love his style and I hope more folks are convinced to give him a whirl (unless the term "whirl" is some english slang term that means something discusting...... those silly punters).

Wow, that is a good line. I can hear it in his voice and it makes me chuckle.

Just finished watching it. Most of the jokes were spot on, but the thing rivals Batman & Robin in dead space. I REALLY like this Matthew guy, but he could benifit from one additional writer. But, like I said, the stuff that's in there, golden.

Reason 1:  People will go to a movie to see some stupid bimbo that's in the news all the time and they've been duped into thinking is a celebrity of some sort.

Reason 2:  People who realize that she's only famous because she's rich and acts like a whore and despise the ground she walks on might go to see the movie just because they hear she dies in it.

And there you have it.

Ouch!  I wouldn't want to be Paris Hilton right now.
