CASPIAN! Awesome movie....bad theater experience....

[J-Proof]

I never read the books, but there were huge problems with this movie.  The CGI was just on par with what they are doing today.  The acting was only adequate.  Eddie Izzards character was the best bit and I found his dialogue to be incongruous with the setting. How about the completely hypocritical kids killing some folks and not killing others for completely arbitrary reasons.  If that is the underlying theme to the book, no wonder Christians love it.  They have always been fairly bloodthirsty and then morally superior for no understandable reason.  I got the first Narnia movie on a bargain bin table and won't take this one even as a gift.

A movie critique turned anti-christian rant.... here we go.... *earplugs ready*

I think alot more than just Christians liked this movie insect.

youve never seen the movie insect?  hes awesome.  just hangs around all day ranting about how movies are violent and christians love them for that very reason, you know why christians all were for sin city and what not.

modify:  I just saw it.  despite the so called changes in the plot, the movie (in my opinion) NAILED the feeling of narnia.  the themes of lewis.  It was amazing.
