Holla!

Total newbie here. Found out about Rifftrax not two days ago when I (totally by a lucky chance) saw the new and improved version of Batman & Robin. Can't remember the last time I laughed so hard... Anyway, after finding this great site I can only hope to encounter more similar hilarious moments in the future. Since I'm not trying to bore you to death here, I'll just finish this all off with one quick question...

Now, as I understand, the B & R riff was a community project, yes? By the fans, for the fans and all that... My question is - when will the next such project take place and where can I get information on it? ANY information! I guess I'm hooked from the start and would like to contribute...

Welcome Squirrel,

I had a few jokes in the B & R Rifftrax and something like 30 people helped on that project. The idea itself was started by a few dedicated forum members (http://www.riffrafftheater.com/) and was basically a 1 time collaboration with Rifftrax.

Its nice to hear positive feedback, its one of my favorite Rifftrax as well.

Hi Squirrel.

As another B&R writer let me say thank you, glad you enjoyed it.  While they haven't announced any more official collaborations in the future, I hold out hope that it might happen again down the line, but who knows?  In the meantime there are several fan-written and fan-recorded projects going on and many of them (like Riff Raff Theater mentioned above) take contributions from anyone interested.

Welcome to the boards, and if you haven't yet check out the Star Wars Holiday Special riff, pure awesomeness.
