Hello from a newbie

[liss1979]

Hey all,
My name's Alissa, and I'm in CA. I'm a huge MST3K fan, and I just about died when I found out about Rifftrax. You can only watch MST3K episodes so many times. I was so happy to find something new finally! I would have to say my favorite Rifftrax (so far) is the Star Wars Holiday Special....they had me rolling on the floor!! I can't wait to see what else is coming.

Welcome to the boards, and good choice with the Holiday Special.  I've gotten odd looks from my roommates lately because I keep watching that one.  They'll ask, "shouldn't you at least wait until the holiday's come around again or something."

"Foolish people," I reply, "Why can't every day be Life Day?"

Again, welcome.

Cool, glad to have you here   We are also in CA, in San Diego to be exact. If you're ever down this way let us know.

Anyways, enjoy!

Welcome!

Although I disagree with your assertion that you can only watch a MST3k episode so many times, welcome to the forum.

I'll go with "you can only watch an MST3K episode so many times before you have to put it away for a year or so...in the meantime there's other episodes"

[liss1979]

Well, that's kinda what I meant. Of course I will never get tired of Overdrawn at the Memory Bank...still one of the funniest ones ever.

[RoninFox]

Ah yes, that is one of the few that I can always put myself in the mood for no matter how many times I watch it.  What other Rifftrax have you tried?

Best. Post. Ever.

Welcome!!!

I've seen almost all the Rifftrax now, but nothing beats Star Wars Holiday Special so far.
