Shorty Got Low

[talulah gosh]

Anyone know who sang this song originally? I keep seeing that Flo Rida sings it, but I thought her version was a cover.  Maybe it's not....? It's my favorite bit from Beowulf, so that inspired me to find out just what Kevin was singing.

No, I'm pretty sure that you've got the song pegged correctly.  Aside from replacing "club" with "Mead hall" Kevin is certainly singing  "Low."

Maybe you're getting it confused with Mike's bit which was covering Joan Osborne's "What if Thor God Was one of us?"

(Side note: Cracker's video for "Low" has Sandra Berhardt in it. I'd almost forgotten she had ever existed.)
