Not only does she not eat breakfast she eats no meals at all. She feasts on the fear that others have of her not eating
If there was a transformer that was a hybrid, do you think the other Autobots would make fun of him or be envious?

The explanation is quite simple, really. She's obviously a zombie. Zombies don't eat breakfast. They eat anyone they can catch. Why do you think Cathy was so happy to go to school? That's where her "breakfast" is waitin'!

Either that, or she's really a Terminator.

Because she can't figure out the logic of the short film she's in and then she gets further confused by the chicken short right afterwards and then she watches Design for Dreaming and literally starves to death confused!

My wife's name is Kathy and she doesn't eat breakfast either, so this short has prompted me to relentlessly drill her with questions as she wakes up in the morning until she leaves.

Maybe it's because of a traumatic experience she had.  I'm personally subscribing to the theory that a bit of overcooked omelette leapt right off of the plate and strangled her dad.

BTW, I think Cathy is the most positive role model a short has portrayed. Normally, people just scramble around, struggling to live up to the disembodied voice's judgemental tyrade and imperious commands. She just gives it knowing looks, shakes of the head, devious smiles, and snide come-backs.
