$15 plus tax, in-store at Target. Split the price into three blu-rays, and I think that's the least I've ever paid for one. Too good to pass up, and I may swing back by the store later this week, since they had a bundle of other movies on sale for $8 each.

Amazon was price matching that earlier today, but now it is back up to $24.99.  (If you look you will see this is the best selling blu ray on there right now, because of the earlier $14.99 sale.)
I know. I went on there first to try and get it, but I guess I just missed the sale. It actually worked out better this way, since the tax was a bit cheaper than the shipping would have been.

I'm thinking about getting this and I don't even have a Blu-Ray player yet!

Oh, I bought True Grit on Blu Ray the other day. Watched it again, still think it's great.

Picked up 3 films this week:

One because I enjoyed B:LA and the other cause, hey, I care about the rights of that little girl.

and

which they're taking their sweet time delivering to me.

I got my copy of this the other day. Enjoyable, though the low budget is obvious, and the recognizable faces from Brad's online videos make some scenes a bit hard to take seriously. (Seriously, I can barely look at Jared without giggling. :P )

Also, the label on the disc is a little thick, which made the disc get stuck in one of my DVD players. It worked fine on the laptop and the Blu-Ray player, so I think the problem is just that my DVD player has an unusually shallow disc tray.

Made a trip to movie stop today and grabbed the following:

All eight for just around 40 bucks at MovieStop.  Love that store, could easily spend hours in there going though the shelves looking for hidden gems.   :)

Doctor Who?

Yeah Moviestop is the greatest store ever.  I have never gone in there and not found a great deal.  I still can't believe I got the Blu Ray of The Third Man for $10.

Yeah, it looks like I got a couple of steals with Catch 22 and Tiger Lily.  Both look to be out-of-print and those versions are going for around $25-35 a piece on Ebay.

They are having buy three get one free, which is what I used today to grab those eight.   ;D

Did you have the previous set? I want to know if it is worth it to upgrade to this "remastered" "ultimate" set.

Doctor Who?

I don't own the last set but i have seen it.  This one has better picture and it has a bunch of extras that were not on the last set, also it is only $45 on Amazon so I think it is worth upgrading even if you have the last set.

*Googles Moviestop*

Wow, I wish I had one near me! Are they owned by the same company that owns Gamestop?

I didn't get to Target until yesterday, it was up to $20, still a good deal so picked it up.  Took out the digital copy discs and put my DVDs in their place, so now have a BD/DVD Back To The Future set.
