I think the Askew thing may be a red herring or accidental. Clerks would be the only View Askew movie universally well liked, and it is so far out of character for Mike to enjoy, in my opinion. And SO far to Riff. It is low budget and ALL dialouge. No time to get a joke in.

We need to have an OFFICIAL 'We now know that the movie is this' post based on a smoking gun clue we find.
As Torgo's Pizza said: Mike Nelson is the key.

That means to me that the clue is :
1. In the interview somewhere that we are overlooking.
2. Somewhere in the source code on a page that pertains to Mike (I checked the Bio page but found nothing)
3. Or that Mike Nelson (note the shortened spelling instead of Michael) is actually the key to the word cipher somehow.
