Peter Jackson to direct "The Hobbit"

I couldn't resist.  The other day I went to Denny's so I could eat like a Hobbit.  I don't know what's wrong with me, but sometimes I have to seek out these culinary train wrecks (yes, I've had a KFC Double Down).  It actually wasn't too bad.  I had a Shire Skillet with Shire sausage.  Potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese topped with two eggs over-medium.  My wife had a Hobbit Hole, which was a cheesy eggs in a basket.  I'd say the oddest thing was probably the Radagast Red Velvet Pancake Poppers.  I didn't try it, but I'm not sure what Radagast has to do with red velvet.  Also, just mentioning his name makes me think of bird poo.

i'm late to the topic but hte denny's hobbit food was really pretty good.  hope they do it again next year.

I do have a soft spot for Denny's because it always reminds me of dining with my family... but the one I went to recently needs to get its act together in terms of cleanliness and food quality.
