Strange Green Bar

[La De Da]

Everything loads and "works" fine, however there's an evil green bar at the bottom of the screen.  Besides being a distraction, it's also interferes with the DVD menu, making me click a little below the selection.   Everything syncs up fine (Bourne and Star Trek 6), just that nasty green bar is a bit of distraction and makes a little hard to go though the menus.  My other DVD player (Media Player Classic) plays all my DVDs fine without that issue.  I'm using the Ulead DVD Decoder and tried both the Bob and Weave settings with no change.

If you need a screen shot of it, just ask.

I got a copy of PowerDVD from my brother, installed it, and the green bar is gone.  I guess Ulead and the Rifftrax player doesn't get along.
