Yes.  And coconut shies are hideously barbaric events!  :)

Any word?

That word is "DAMMIT!"

The point of this thread is moot. My mild dyslexia caused me to read

Didn't bother to read the rest of the email.

Well, my face is red.

I got the same e-mail, then nothing.

Beginning to wonder if the thing will ever be sent out.

What I find funny is DVD Wagon's apparent policy of not shipping out a single CT DVD until weeks after the receiving the initial orders.  You'd think that they'd simply ship them out as they get them done.  Since most of us ordered our copies hours after they started taking orders and none of us have received our copies it's obvious they're not doing that.

The only logical explanation is that it might have something to do with the rights.  Something along the lines of not being able to ship the CT episodes until a certain date.  Even then, it's ludicrous that they'd take orders so early.

I'd wager that a small group of fans could distribute the CT DVDs faster than these guys at DVD Wagon.  It's really getting to the point where I'm questioning future CT purchases.  If anything, I know I won't be buying a DVD copy through the mail again.  It'll be download or bust.

Action Batch:  Woah, let's all mellow out and rap about this.

Chaos

The easiest way to tell if any copies have been shipped yet would be to check torrent sites. Chances are, it'll be available there before anyone you know actually receives a paid-for copy. :P

According to all we've been told, they are in the mail system now. I would suspect that we'll start seeing arrivals as early as today.

Another possible reason that they have been delayed is that they might want to save on shipping and ship out a big order all at once.  That is one thing that they have done here at work to combine a bulk of the same orders and send them out all at once so that they don't have to pay as much.  That is all speculation though.

It looks like they have pulled the money off of my card today so they better ship it out today.  And it looks like its from Massachusetts so im going to be waiting another week or two to get it here to Utah. *sigh* let me know guys what you think when you get your copy.

Bob

Looks like they charged my card on the 7th, it posted on the 8th and just showed up online on my Mastercard this morning.

01/08/2008  EZTAKES INC   $15.94   -  Mine
01/08/2008  EZTAKES INC   $15.94   -  Roving Vampire Robot's copy

Who knows, maybe something will be shipping soon.

Wouldn't it be funny if they burned them all on DVDs that were defective and our DVD players could not play them?    Imagine the chaos..... well, maybe that would not be so funny!

Brak

That would be terrible. I sure hope that doesnt happen, I'm going to be pissed if that happens!
