Why are "The Pretender", Quest For Fire, One Million Years, BC and Willow considered Sci-Fi?

[Plastic Self-Cleaning Duck]

Why are "The Pretender", Quest For Fire, One Million Years, BC and Willow considered Sci-Fi?

Yeah, they're all way more SyFy than Sci-Fi.

Seriously......I've wondered about Quest For Fire ever since that year at Omnicon in Fort Lauderdale where the studio promotions guy from Fox showed up with buttons and other stuff for Shock Treatment and Quest For Fire - and the stuff for the latter had the slogan "The Future Started 10,000 Years Ago".

Figured that was just to cash in on the current interest in sci-fi but didn't think it would go on this long.  Maybe its because Ron Perlman is in it.

Talk about "April Fool's"....

[Plastic Self-Cleaning Duck]

I'm curious.....

I don't watch "24" but there's a radio show here in Miami where Dave Barry calls in the next morning after to review the show....and they talk about how good or bad or ridiculous (some woman this season just had to climb out of a river, ect and her hair and make-up is all perfect but they have a band-aid on her neck....that's the only sign that she's just been through hell).

Does "24" have any real re-watch value?  Once you know how everything shakes out and you know who the mole is....other than looking back for hints you might have missed....is it still entertaining?

[Rude]

Does "24" have any real re-watch value?

Yeah, i think it certainly does...
