I think that Die Another Day was pretty bad on my list of bad Bond movies. While Moonraker was silly with its concept, it was still something I can sit down and watch. Die Another Day was just all sorts of bad and the ice castle thing they were trying to do was just not believable at all, to me at least. But still, it was good just something I would not want to watch everyday.

I agree quite a bit with you.  I've seen virtually all of the bond movies and even the older movies have their own cheesy charm.  Die Another Day on the other hand is unexcusable.  The movie has all of the ridiculousness of the Roger Moore bonds with NONE of the charm or appeal.  Although, the ice hotel is an actual location, still doesn't make it any less of a set peice.

You just proved to me how bad it really is since I never knew they actually existed.

Never saw "Die Another Day", but I would have to say that "Moonraker" was one of the lamest movies with creepy old uncle Roger Moore.   Damn, that sill hurts 20 years later.

On her majesties secret service would have been a classic is connery was in it.    Like mentioned earlier, the Skiing scenes were some of the best ever and it had great theme music too.

I liked Moonraker cause it was creepy and lame, which made it fun to watch. Die Another Day just tried to hard and I think rifftrax pretty much answered my opinion on casino Royale...BOND SMASH!

Ah, another James bond thread.  Another place for me to be unique and say that Licence to Kill is my favorite Bond and that Timothy Dalton was a very underrated and, in my opinion, the best bond.

As for worst Bond...I had a hard time with this.  I really do enjoy all the bonds but Roger Moore's movies the least.  Moonraker isn't that bad to me.  So I decided to vote for the one that I have the least memory of.  I voted for Octopussy, however now that I'm thinking about it again I do recall this movie.  Hmmm.  I guess I'll change it if I can to some other Moore movie...  I don't know... I guess I like them all.

EDIT:  Ok I picked one, For Your Eyes Only.  I don't remember what this one is about except I think there is a talking parrot.  And I hate parrots....

EDIT:  I'm just kidding, I love parrots.  I even have a cockatiel at home.  Really.

Yeah, really. It's not a bad movie, but it doesn't scream Bond. It seemed like a top-shelf version of The Transporter.

I don't know, maybe it's because now i have to forever equate James Bond with Wonder Woman...

I voted for Casino Royale. Its way too long and the ending sucked.
I know I don't know you, but YOU SUCK.

spoilers...

Same reason I hated Daredevil ... the hero is supposed to save people. Also, my original comment went on give Casino Royale a better than average score. A lot of the action was good but it got very boring at times due to the length.

...

Besides everything else that is wrong with Casino Royale... it's just another on a long list of films that just don't know when to end. I swear, at some point in the last ten years filmmakers have forgotten that they should work towards one great ending. Instead, we have films that feel like they end two or three times. The last Lord Of The Rings film is a dramatic example, but really... it seems like every other movie has these multiple part endings.Argh!

If the running time of your movie has already passed two hours and you fade to black... it's game over, dammit!

That's understandable... I did just compare your favorite movie to Daredevil ;)

Oh please, if anything I'm going to stick around just to make those ones miserable who piss me off. I don't know if that makes any sense, but frankly I don't care.
