20 Questions time! August 1st, 2007

I imagine the long Netflix wait time must be due to the sequel coming out this Friday. Maybe releasing Riffs to tie in with theatrical releases isn't the best idea?

I was pretty much thinking this was the reason when I heard about the wait.  I don't think they should eliminate theatrical tie-ins as riff opportunities.  There are tons of reasons why the waiting list could be really long.  Maybe it's getting to the point that Rifftrax itself could be one of them.

Haha, that's really cool- at Best Buy there's a deal where you can get the Bourne Identity for $5 if you buy any copy of 300. That's corporate synergy, right there.

Everyone keeps saying that Bourne Identity is out of stock on Netflix, but it is showing as available in my queue.  I just need to send something back to get them to send it out.  I just watched The Number 23 (craptastic!) and sent it back so hopefully I'll have Borne before the Rifftrax is released.  If not, I'll probably just buy the darn thing.  It is a good movie (already own a copy of the second one).

found 23 to be pretty watchable, it wasn't  'craptastic' ... nor was it 'decent' ...

That was my 3rd option, cause I didn't really want to buy it, But yeah; I could do that, and then do my movie conversion with the RiffTrax, and then sell the store bought DVD on Ebay.
