Netflix is 119 min. as well..
Just not available at the present time on my end.

I second... uh, third... the motion to get another photo of Bill.  I mean, he's there in the studio.  Does everyone just forget their digital cameras when he's there?  Or is Bill afraid the camera might steal his soul?

Lack of Corbett pictures aside, I'm really excited for this riff!  I was hoping there'd be at least one more with everyone on board.

Both editions on Amazon are listed as 119 minutes:

I suppose that's because the additional scenes are basically tacked onto the beginning and end of the movie and are more like special features.  Plus, you can watch the theatrical version of the movie on that extended edition DVD.  So, the question is did they riff the extended scenes or not?
Imrahil: Don't care about Riding with Death.

Bob: Turkey.

Action Batch:  Woah, let's all mellow out and rap about this.

We took photos of Bill while they were here. JP did that poster before that took place.

I could use an answer to this because I can't rent the extended cut from my place, only the original and I'm waiting on the trilogy box set to buy them.

Either way, I guess as long as you guys have the right edition of the DVD (non-Region 1 users notwithstanding) you should be okay.

EDIT: Douglin, really? That's odd.

Maybe some pictures of Bill Scared Shitless would make for a Great Poster Image :D

According to the review I linked earlier, the extended scenes are only accessible by pressing "enter" on your remote when an icon appears and don't appear to have been edited into the movie.

Also, the recently released HD DVD version of the movie appears to be 119 minutes as well.

The only reason this is important to me is due to reauthoring purposes.  I have both versions of the DVD so knowing this will let me know which one I need to use for the reauthoring process.

EDIT:  Really Wiseblood, I didn't know that (I've never watched the extended edition).  I suppose we can assume that they riffed the theatrical cut then.

Apparently the extended cuts were only released in the UK 2 days ago, I guess in preparation for Ultimatum, so that's probably why they're not offering it yet

On the DVD we have, the "Extended Edition", the Bonus scenes appear available as bonus features and were not scenes that got riffed.

The bonus scenes shouldn't affect anybody.

Yea! New photos of Bill!!  Last time I saw him in San Francisco he noticed I colorized his old head shot on one of the covers I had him sign.

OK guys, lets figure this out for sure. I have the original "collector's edition" version of the DVD that looks like this:

I put my DVD in, and at 29 seconds into the film, there is a lightning crash and the screen turns blue with the opening scene of the film.  The end credits begin at 1:51:27, with "Directed by Doug Liman" appearing on the screen.

Could someone who has the new supposed "extended" cut of the film check their DVD to see if those timecodes match up?The DVD looks like this:

Heated Seats iRiffs: Touched by an Angel | Marked for Death | Runaway | Heated Shorts (shorts collection)

I totally forgot about the game today! Silly me. Well, this is cool. Just the other day when watching a commercial for "The Bourne Whatever It's Called This Time Around," I thought, "Isn't it about time for this guy to be riffed?"  :)
