I always thought "Gorgo" was a small Irish Sea-monster in a not particularly good English Godzilla ripoff from film from the 1960's.  I didn't know she was Leonidas' queen!!!  :o.  See, even from the most ridiculous historical adaptations we can mine nuggets of knowledge!
