Small towns are why I stick to freeways. Sure, they have pleasant summer festivals, but is that worth ending up on an alter or a hillbilly's dinner table?

It's always the ugly scientists that are wrong and they always pay for it with either their lives or their careers..

Facial Hair = Evil
I'm not sure one episode of star trek really constitutes a cliche...
You can't spell manslaughter without laughter.

Junkyard

The facial hair thing has calmed down a bit sinse the 70's but it's still not gone. Watch more closely.

The bad guy comes back for one last scare.

I guess there's stuff like this if you go back far enough
You can't spell manslaughter without laughter.

watch for anyone carrying groceries, and everyone (no matter thier gender, race, sexual orientation, or social status) will always have the same thing:

One paper bag with a stck of french bread, and a big bundle of turnip greens......

Also, I hate the cliche New york thing, when somebody screams at the top of their lungs: "  I LOVE THIS TOWN!!!!!"

Its because french bread and turnip greens is the universal food for mankind.  When or if we meet intelligent life, our first offerings in terms of food will be french bread and turnip greens.

Yet another race one: There are black guys on the team, but a white guy is almost always the leader. Strangely, this is even more common in children's cartoons.

You obviously never watched Captain Planet, where the white American guy was an egotistical, bumbling jerk who NEVER had the answers.
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere.
Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen."

Tripe

Tyrant

   Movies with chimps in them.

That combination makes its own cliche, apart from the movie content itself.

Pak-Man

X-thingy makes Y-Kid better at Z Activity. But it turns out X-Thingy isn't special at all! The power was in Y-Kid all along!
