The one I'm thinking of was some giant monster scifi original. People dug up a dinosaur-skeleton, and some aliens ressurected and mind-controlled it to attack cities.

So, the skeleton itself attacked people? That would be awesome to see.

Unfortuntely, no. The alien lightning charged up some ancient technology that regrew the dinosaur's flesh, and the dinosaur attacked the city. =/

That would make for a cool movie though. Maybe it could be a sequel to some giant monster flick. Night of the Living Kaju. =o
