I'm guessing that the news at the top of the page hasn't got it's formatting closed properly.  I've done that many a time on other boards :)

I was thinking they would have fixed this by now................?

Ah . . . I figured it was just my computer being retarded again. Good to know it's not my computer, but the forum itself that's riding the short bus here. What really sucks is that I can't tell which threads I've visited recently because it's all BOLD! I'll be glad when it becomes decidedly un-bold again. Let's hope it doesn't become NEW! EXTRA BOLD!

BathTub

uh, I don't see anything....

Minnesota

don't see anything either ...

David

Yeah, everything is suddenly in bold for me too here.
This, with its bracketed b's, should be in bold.
This should not.

RandyMistie

Bold here too, but I thought it was just a new style.  I liked it because I have old eyes and it was easier for me read.  But if it is a glitch we should get to the bottom of it.
Hi!  I'm Randy and I'm a Riffaholic...

It appears to be a difference in browsers... I only have IE because I don't have installing rights on this computer, but the ones for whom the forum still works seem to use Firefox. I suppose Firefox is already 'recommended' but it'd still be nice if it were ok for IE too.

dignan

It's emboldening, this boldness.

Nunyerbiz

I thought I was having a stroke when all the bold went away from one page view to the next...

Yeah, that does seem to be the case. This made me decide to download Firefox to see what all the hooplah's about and I believe I may prefer it already. No more BOLD! Woo hoo! And everything's where it should be in the menus and not all mixed up because IE 7 decided they wanted to make the internet even more confusing.

Indeed, it was the bolded news item at the top.Very strange.

All fixed!
