21 minutes in and this movie is so painful I was compelled, nay...forced - to go through the trouble of resetting my password to share. This movie proves there can be no higher power. No gods. No devils.

There is only the synthetic, dense void of whatever is keeping the main character alive.

Yeah what the hell was that?  Especially the part where they tried to ripoff Psycho.  A knife wielding killer approaches the shower.  Next thing you know, the intended victim is fine but the would be killer is dead of a small wound.

And the main lady would pick up hitchhikers, drive them about a quarter of a mile, then leave them right there at the side of the road in the middle of the desert?

I genuinely thought that the reveal at the end would be that the husband had killed the wife and she was in some kind of purgatory or something, because nothing else made any sense.

I learned that contra RedLetterMedia's review of Robowoman, that film wasn't a cringey Sextette-ish vanity project by a 70 year old actress.

Okay, maybe it still is, but our lead actress Dawna Lee Heising has been in an insane number of "films", with 14 credits in 2023 alone. So perhaps it's more a vanity "way of life" at this point.

Also: the thing was made in 2021. How is it even possible to make video that bad looking these days? Did they film it on consumer-grade VHS camcorders or something? The next RiffTrax I watched was the Bridget'n'MaryJo riff of The Brain That Wouldn't Die, which somehow managed to look impeccable (great print!) despite having been filmed 60 years earlier.

It turns out she is also in Samurai Cop 2 with Tommy Wiseau.  That is so many intersecting lines of Rifftrax fodder, I really hope they riff that one.

I planned to watch ten minutes of this just to see what it was like and watch the rest another night. But I couldn't stop. I loved this one. Hilarious and the movie does exist in its own void. Amazing.
