I learned that apparently abandoned foundries have open pools of molten lava lying in pools with no railings, and dials that make jets of flame shoot.
I learned that grenades apparently explode in jets of flame.
I learned that if you want your murder cult to stay hidden, it's best to move in huge roving, violent gangs in broad daylight.
I learned that Cobra will kill dozens of murder cult members, then hesitate and worry about the legality of it when he gets to the very last one.
