Jack the Giant Killer LIVE: What Happened to the VOD?

[nazerous]

Hey, does anyone know why the VOD for the live version is no longer available? I own it, so it's in my library but I can't gift it to anyone.

It is a more recent discovery that it was gone. Usually they go away because of rights issues but you can still get the studio VOD at the moment.  Complete speculation on my part but I wonder if it has to do with the Lowtax content?? He turned out to be a piece of crap domestic abuser and he killed himself last November.  Maybe they will edit out those bits and put it back up?

[The Lurker]

Didn't Lowtax only contribute on the Trolls 2 riff?

[Pak-Man]

He also put together some short comedy bits back before Rifftrax figured out that all the audience wants to see is shorts and films.

I'd forgotten Lowtax was involved in that opening. Yeah - I can see how RT wouldn't want to be associated with an abuser. Hopefully they reissue it... AND give us a three riffer version of Troll2
