unable to subscribe or contact help support

I am trying to subscribe to Friends. When I enter what plan I want, name, billing address and credit card information then hit subscribe and I get a message that, "Your postal code is incomplete". All the address field asks for is "Billing street address" which I take to mean just my street address but that didn't work so I put in my whole address but I still get the same message. I tried to send an email to "Contact Support" but when I click on that nothing happens. So this is the only place I seem to be able to do anything. I tried Chrome, Safari and Brave. This is on a Mac. How the heck am I supposed to subscribe?

And to top it off, when I want to submit the message I have to do the "verification" and I can't read the letters most of the time. I have to keep trying until I can. There are lines and other "noise" over the letters.

Unfortunately, the rifftrax staff don't really frequent the forums any more. Your next best option, if the help support isn't working, is to contact them via one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I am one of the few people apparently that does not do Facebook or Twitter but I appreciate the email address for tech support. Thanks again.
