MartyS (Gromit)

Yeah, looks like a classic case of not taking Washington seriously, now they are it seems.

RVR II

Well the Eagles got their rhythm back pretty quickly through the 2nd qtr and didn't stop :o
I enjoyed Tuesday Night Football, should be more games played on Tuesday night IMO ;D

ihavemyreasons

Tuesday night games...no...Monday night football has been going on so long that it is what it is, but still hate night games as the start tines are all later then they used to be and replay makes them just end too damned late. More night games on more nights just equals more games I won't bother to watch if I ever want to get a decent night's sleep. Only way I"d be for it is if they'd move the start times back to the start of the hour and they'd reverse some rules to get the game times back to averaging 3 hours.

MartyS (Gromit)

The Tuesday night Eagles game started at 7 and that got it over at a more reasonable hour.  I missed the first few plays because I forgot it was 7 instead of 8.

Bills at patriots for the AFC East lead and would move the Bills from 7 to possibly 2 seed with a victory depending on other games :o

RVR II

The Bills Jump from #7 to #4 and lead the AFC East :highfive:

And with today's loss for the 4th straight year, the Carolina Panthers failed to make the playoffs as they are officially eliminated.

ihavemyreasons

A quarter to go, but confident Chiefs will keep the lead for the bye for another week. The Steelers look terrible.

The Buffalo Bills are the first team to win at New England in consecutive seasons since the Colts (2005-06)
They are also the first team to win by double digits at New England in consecutive seasons since the Broncos (1995-96)

Buffalo punter Haack asked for a photograph with Josh Allen. Why?
Because Haack did not attempt a single punt in the pivotal AFC East matchup. This was the first time he never attempted a punt in a NFL game.

ihavemyreasons

Chiefs first team in AFC to officially make the playoffs and have won their division. Could see them losing on the road to the Bengals. Game at Denver will probably depend on what's on the line. If bye wrapped up or lost, that will be a game where they rest a lot of starters.

Eliminated from the Playoffs yesterday, and now the Carolina Panthers have sent all of their players home from Bank of America Stadium after six more players tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday bringing the total number of Carolina players on the COVID-19/reserve list to 13.
