1.  The moderator(s) can lie a limited number of times (twice would probably be the maximum).  That should bring maximum chaos, and thus be a lot of fun, for the mods if not for the players.

While that sounds interesting, I think most of us might have a nervous breakdown at some point in the game.

15 of the questions must be asked before the game starts. At 1:00, we are given the answers to those 15 questions and we have 5 left to guess the movie or ask any additional questions. :^)

We have to do the game on some other forum, selected randomly.  The regular forum members there will have no idea who we are or what we're doing.

I love it!  The old Buffy Spoiler Board I used to post at is still active (which both amuses and saddens me), and you don't need to register there to post anything, and most importantly, we'd definitely be able to get 20 questions in before the thread gets deleted, but it'd still be disruptive enough to their normal routine that they'd instantly be wondering what the hell is going on.

Or, how about every question has to contain one factoid (real or made up) about the movie Red Dawn?

For example:
Question 1 in "Welcome To Rifftrax"
Question 2 in "Announcements"
Question 3 in "Coming Soon"
And so on, down the board...

Does it have a rating lower than three on IMDB?
Does it come before the fourth letter in the alphabet?

How about we ask questions where we include our favorite substitute for a cuss word.

Ex.  Sweet Mustaches, was the movie released in the 90's
