DJ Wrong Equipment

IMDB claims Germany pushed the film as a sequel to Escape 2000. Yeah, the one from MST3k. Because connecting this movie to that one would be a sure way to sell more tickets.

That is bizarre ... Escape 2000 wasn't, strictly speaking, post-apocalyptic. This does seem like it could belong in the Warriors of the Wasteland extended universe, however.
Meanwhile, DJ Wrong Equipment's career continues to go nowhere.

It may be a back-handed compliment, but it's a compliment nonetheless.

This movie was very watchable indeed. What a great movie choice and great riff. More Italian trash, please. And maybe more copulation scenes--at least ones that are as funny as Rat's.

But please, for God's sake, can anyone tell me: why didn't they just leave the house, mansion, power plant, whatever it was?

I don't think there's a damn thing in this film that made sense to me. Which of course is what makes it so fun....but still....explain or I will seize power of this forum now!!!!!!!!!!
