Meaningless game for the Eagles, usually playing the cowchips would be a big game, just hope any starters that play don't get hurt.

The way they have played the last few games I don't see them going far in the playoffs against teams that are peaking now, but maybe they will step up, all the time off will probably not help.  At least all the games are at home.

I thought it was the late game today, I want to go over to NJ but the roads around the stadium are gridlocked now, guess I'll have to wait until the game starts.

Eagles had 3rd stringers in on the defense the whole game, Cowchips had their regular starters in and were still only able to get one score...

Eagles 3rd string offense did nothing, never even got into field goal range.

I couldn't see the game here but still to get shut out at home would still be kind of an embarrassment I think :-\

And the Browns go 0-16, first team to do that since the 2008 Lions yet Hue Jackson's HC job still 'appears' to be safe ???

Welp the Panthers played like they had nothing to lose and the Falcons take the last playoff spot, and despite the Bills winning over the Fins, it looks like they were knocked out with wins by the Ravens & Chargers :-[
& with the Rams loss, and the Saints loss then nothing changes seed wise so the Panthers will still play the Saints next week :-\

The Buffalo Bills are back in the postseason, improbably.

Buffalo snuck into the sixth seed on Sunday, thanks to their 22-16 win over the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati's late 31-27 win over the Baltimore Ravens. Bengals receiver Tyler Boyd's 49-yard touchdown catch-and-run with 44 seconds left knocked Baltimore out of the postseason and broke Buffalo's playoff curse.

This is Buffalo's first postseason appearance since 1999.

The Bills will take on the third-seeded Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Field on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Whether they will have running back LeSean McCoy available is not yet known. McCoy suffered a sprained ankle during Buffalo's win in Miami. While his X-ray results were negative, his status for next week is unclear. Buffalo will need all the firepower it can muster to take down Jacksonville's league-best defense.

Buffalo's march to the postseason was unexpected to say the least. At one point, first-year coach Sean McDermott benched starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor for rookie Nathan Peterman; five Chargers interceptions later, McDermott reversed course, but the Bills' season seemed lost. After that defeat to Los Angeles, though, Buffalo rattled off four wins in their final six games, losing only to the New England Patriots, twice.

Now, thanks to a miracle run in Baltimore from a man named Boyd, Buffalo has a chance to make their own improbable run in the postseason.
:highfive:  :highfive:

I think this is a bad move as Gruden has been out of a HC job for many years and Del Rio got the Raiders to the Playoffs last year..

The coaching carousel is on..

Former Panthers head coach Jon Fox has been fired by the Bears..
Chuck Pagano has been fired by the Colts.
Broncos fire head coach Vance Joseph
Lions fire HC Jim Caldwell
& don't forget Ben McAdoo who didn't make it to the end of the season..

I don't know why the Browns don't try to snag on one of these available former HC's ???

RVR II

Now it's being reported that the Broncos have Not fired their HC :o
Bruce Arians retires as the Cardinals HC.

MartyS (Gromit)

Seeing reports of teams interested in the Eagles defensive coordinator as a head coach.
The downside to a good season....
