Auto-scrolling on page resize is super annoying

[WallyWaffles]

I'm not loving the new automatic scroll-jump on web pages every time the window changes shape.  Can we please get rid of it?  I suppose the idea was, "User finishes watching a video, show him more choices," but it's annoyingly overagressive.

Ways to reproduce the issue:

Go to any page with a video player then

• Resize browser window via maximize or restore.
• Go fullscreen on a video then exit full screen (may or may not happen if browser is maximized, but definitely happens when windows is not maximized).
• On an android phone with rotation enabled, rotate the screen.

This even happens on the landing page.

Web browsers used are Firefox on Windows 10, Firefox on Android.
