I hear you. Usually Star Wars movies bring months of anticipation. This one snuck up on me. I still can't believe  I'm gonna be watching a new Star Wars movie in 3 days!

All appears to be on-go for catching the midnight showing tomorrow night Dec. 15 @ 12:01am 8)
$50 pesos per ticket ($2.50 USD.. YES THAT'S $2.50 PER TICKET), but the audio will be in Spanish.. I can deal with that ;D

keep an eye out for the vader cameos.
I will try to use the force if needed :P

I'm looking forward to seeing it with my brother at my parents' house but that means not sewing it until the 22nd at the soonest.

Meanwhile I'm awaiting the soundtrack with anticipation.

Pak-Man

Is Williams scoring this one, or did they get someone else to give it a different feel? (I could just look it up, but I'm avoiding spoilers and don't want to see something I don't want to see.)

Was going to be Desplat but he pulled out or was fired or something so Giacchino did it.  He seems a better fit to me anyway.

RVR II

NOPE! Wont fet to see this tonight afterall.. My wife had to be admitted into the hospital in Acapulco today because shes anemic and down 2 units of blood so I had to catch a ride with my brother in law to be with her for the next few days.. Maybe I will see it next week  :-\

Just got back from the first IMAX 3-D showing and all I can say is that Rogue One is oh-so-freaking good.  THIS is what the prequel trilogy should have been.

Also, Darth Vader at the end of the film is not a bad ass, but a BAD ASS!!!  Rogue One's Darth Vader would look at Darth Vader from the beginning of A New Hope and say "I just did this to a group of Rebels and all you can think of doing is just choking a rebel with your hand?  You're a wimp!"

I expected what happened at the end of the film, yet I didn't expect the film but that's just me.

and last but not least: Peter Freaking Cushing.

Go out and see Rogue One as soon as humanly possible

Well, that was without question the best Star Wars prequel. Dark and gritty yet hopeful and lots of fun.

Well, some of that CGI was damn impressive.

I'm glad you realized this, so I didn't have to send agents to murder you.

Agreed. I think that was the best CGI I've ever seen.
